By using, copying, transmitting, distributing or installing KidRocket, you agree to all terms of this license. Please read the license terms below. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this License, then do not use, copy, transmit, distribute or install KidRocket and remove the software from your storage device(s).
The KidRocket software is licensed as freeware.
The term freeware means, you are allowed to download and use the software at no cost. You are not allowed to redistribute Kidrocket by any means or media without prior wriitten permission from the author.
This software is freeware for: Home users (using their computers for personal, hobby or recreational use) Public educational institutions (.edus), Non-profit organizations, Charity organizations, Public libraries.
If your situation does not fit in the environments above, you are considered a commercial entity and the software is licensed to you as "demoware". The term "demoware" means, you can test the software for up to 30 days. After those 30 days you either have to contact us for commercial license information or stop using the software and remove it from your storage device(s) immediately.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL LICENSOR OR ITS SUPPLIERS OR RESELLERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES. IN NO EVENT WILL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
